Nowadays, many people had been addicted to Facebook. They found pleasure to it.
However, many children failed in their class for they don't study hard instead they choose to play Farmville, Mafia Wars, Cafe World at Facebook.
So my question goes like this:
Will you let your children use Facebook for some non-sense reason?
Will you expose Facebook at their early age?
What the society must do to prevent being addicted in Facebook?

Yes, and not only kids are being addicted to facebook. I know a lot of parents who are also addicted to the games they have in FB. As for me, I won't even start any game in there. I have better things to do with my time.

Hi there princejhaizee
My eldest son is 9 years old, 10 in January, and I will not let him join facebook. I see no reason for him to at the moment. All his friends he can see at school and talk to them that way. I am going to get him a mobile for his birthday so he can text them if he so wishes and that way I know that it is his friends he is talking to. There is a lot of bullying going on on Facebook with school kids too and I don't want any part of that for my son, there is enough of it in schools these days. My son's friend is on there and he claims to have 30 odd friends, who? Who are all these friends he has on there when he is slightly younger than my son?

I will never ever expose my soon-kids to facebook. They won't really need it at a young age. It's only advisable for those people looking for their old friends and staying connected to distant family and friends.
