I want to get fat in 2 months time..Any ideas ?

Huhhh! I'm tired of trying all the ways...and I'm very much upset.Someone give me suggestion on how to get fat in 2 months time or in 1 month time will be much more better....I'm 21 yrs now and my weight is 55kgs..I think that is very much less than normal..I tried going to gym too but I can't continue in that because I can't get the timings for that.. Can you people tell me what should I eat in a regular way to get fat..I need some natural ways so that it can be healthy... My friends told eat Bread with cheese a lot..I started to eat that already but I didn't find any change.. Waiting for your suggestions.. Happy mylotting

Hello Gany. Why on earth do you want to get fat/ You have to keep your metabolism in mind. You can eat pretty much anything you want. Go for pasta, that normally helps. TATA.

Every fast food should do, Burgers, Fries, everything that's fried, pancakes, waffles, icecream... Everything of that. But... You should eat them as fast and as often as you can. When you have the feeling your stomach will explode, that's the only time you can stop.

I'm overweight, and I've been finding that the biggest solution to loosing it, is to eat less MSG, and so, the opposite could really help you out for gaining weight! Things that you can get easily that have lots of MSG in them; Canned soup, sauces, flavored products, etc. Look on the ingredients for things that contain MSG, Natural Flavor, or Yeast Extract, those are the biggest names for MSG items... and they're in just about anything that has extra flavor. Ever wonder how they get the flavor of Roasted Chicken on potato chips? It's MSG! Another good food to have, is chocolate. That really has loads of fat and calories, and is still edible in decent amounts. And don't hold back when your body tells you it's time to stop eating! The more you can push it, the easier it'll be next time. Good luck on gaining that weight!

well yeah, MSG is bad for your health... but so is gaining weight.. and thats one of the biggest reasons MSG is bad for you. Do you know how much food you eat that has MSG? I'd bet that at least half... maybe even as much as all, of the canned stuff and sauces you have, have MSG in them. I dare you to go look, for anything that has MSG, Natural Flavor, Yeast Extract, or anything hydrolyzed. All of those mean MSG. Chocolate you won't feel so full from, but if you have enough, you will feel kinda sick... at that point, you just have to stop until you feel better, then try and go further the next time. Trust me, I'm an expert at gaining weight! Fortunately for me, and cutting off all MSG, I've lost about 15 pounds in the last month. Here's going for loosing more!

I've heard MSG is bad to your health. Yeah, chocolate will work great in gaining weight because it is packed with calories. Plus you can eat a lot of chocolate without filling full.

Any food rich in carbohydrates will help you gain weight. But I think it is better to have a good healthy diet. Some people even if they eat too much don't get fat because they have fast metabolism. And I envy this people. I want to get slim just like them. Get enough rest, sleep well.

Hi, Gany, why do you want to get fat? I'm a mother of a 23-years lod girl with a normal weight who is desperate, because he thinks that he is too fat! What's going on with you, kids? Just stay cool, eat normal and healthy food. Stay away from hamburgers, fries etc. - remember, this is junk food! Try to build up some muscles, not too much. And just don't worry!

Why do you want to get fat? That sound like a crazy thing to do if you ask me. You are compromising your health if you want to get fat. The best way that I know of to put on weight healthily, is to work out and build muscle. Make sure that you eat lots of protein while doing this and you will put on weight. I am a very thin person myself who sometimes feels too skinny, but I have been working out regularly for the last couple of months and I am noticing a huge improvement in not only my body shape, but also my strength, flexibility and posture as well. If you want healthy foods that will help you to put on weight, try nuts and seeds and avocados. Bread and dairy products will do it too, but they will cause your health to suffer.

Hiya gany, Full cream Rice pudding and puddings that are home made to eat after your main meal. I think something like a Chocolate milkshake would be too heavy after a meal also. Wholemeal biscuits with a glass of full cream milk after every main meal might work too. Just a few suggestions that´s all and try lying down for a while after eating too if you can. Sorry can´t think of anything else at the moment. Bit difficult as I don´t really know your lifestyle also what you really eat and if you are very active most times.

Fat people want to loss their weight, because its not good for their health. Thin also is not good to look at to, so want to become fat. Maybe gaining more weight is what you need. Not fat, not thin but trimmed is good to look at. Try to know first your ideal weight Gany. How much more kilograms you've needed to meet your ideal weight, then planned. Eating many more times in a day can gain more weight especially rich in carbohydrates.

the traditional approach is to eat a lot of carbo and fat, and drink only cold soft drinks... but in your case, you must first consult a doctor who can give you a good advise... better yet, see an endocrinologist to see how your metabolism works... then go to a nutritionist or dietician and have a meal plan for gaining weight... that way, you avoid getting complications from too much carbo and transfat...

it's normal... just maintain your calories (eating n drinking) and doing more activity for a body goodness... thats my tips or maybe u to often seating in front of pc? posting every second u have in mylot.... LOL... just kidding brother :)

Try adding rice to your meal. Boiled or fried eggs and milk is a good idea. Also concentrate on vitamins as they matter much in maintaining proper weight. So eating fruits is important too. Occassionally, eat dry fruits, curd, lassi etc. If you are a non vegetarian, eat boiled or roasted meat at least thrice a week. If you are a vegetarian, eat various kinds of pulses (dal) everyday. And yes, don't forget to eat a lot of banannas. These are healthy ways to gain weight. And yes, always be happy, cheerful, and free from worries. This works! Good luck!

Lucky you that's your problem meaning you can eat everything you want. Let me see here. Are you very active? If so, cut down your activity if possible and eat what you can. If not, it's your metabolism or you eat less. Sodas has a lot of calorie in it. Ice cream, cake, chocolate - oh my! I get envy with you. Just eat enough food with carbohydrates, protien, and fat in it. Watchout with fat though, I don't want you to get heart attack. Just cook and eat everything you have in your house and eat more then you'll gain weight.

I am not familiar with the kgs measurement..we use pounds here. I've always beeen on the lean side myself. Here's what I think, if I may :) I think instead of aiming to gain weight-aim to eat healthy and forget what everyone else says. Eat as much fruits and veggies as you can and build muscle with protein...you don't want to cause an eating disorder and find yourself obese.

Is that you in the picture? I think you are fat enough as I see it. If that is not you, then you need to try adding some wheat to your diet. I was also very thin years back and someone suggested that I add wheat to my glass of milk or cocoa and it worked. I have gained enough weight.

So you want to gain weight... here's our way, first you must be clean from within, i mean your intestines must be cleansed first. Eat enough amount of fiber a day to cleanse your intestines, flash out toxins by drinking plenty of water everyday, at least 3 liters a day. Do this consistently. While always make sure that your diet includes lots of protein rich food... protein is an important component of every cell in the body. It is an important building blocks of bones, muscles,skin and blood. don't get fat. get muscles. Have an equal amount of everything, right diet, enough exercise, enough rest.... optimum health!!
