Do you check your ex-bf/gf's profiles?

I do not check their profiles because I erased them from my lists.. hahaha. I am so contented with my life and my boyfriend right now and there is no other reason for me to check my ex-bf's profiles. I'd rather check my boyfriend's profile than theirs..

There are no wrong or right answers to your discussion, as personally I would remove him in total, but this opinion did not come over night for me. I believe that life makes you this way, as the more I have been hurt the easier it is to forget about a situation. No matter what we say to you, you will still check, which quite alright as you stated you are not over him yet and it will eat at you not knowing anything about him. So I say continue checking until you realize that he has moved on or you do first. This may also be harmful to your emotional state but sometimes we need to hurt in order to get tougher. I did once out of pure curiosity, I have not seen any of them in over 25 years so I was just curious as to what they looked like now and if they had families or anything like that. I just checked Facebook, and looked at the pictures to see if I recognized anyone else and then I closed it out. I never did it more than one time. I am over any X's I have ever had, they were a long time ago, it was just a memory that I had that made me curious about what they are up to now. Once I found out I let it go.
