is it alright to fight for a friend who's not willing to fight for you?

i consider him as my bestfriend. I was always there when he needed me. I was always ready to comfort him. I was always just a call/text away. he says that i was his bestfriend. He was always there to celebrate with me. He was always present in my victory. But I couldn't seem to find him when I need help, when I need a friend, when I need him.. too sad, but do u love the same friend as mine?

Hi zalmazan, Well i feel friendship expects anything from the friend. If you feel the friendship is true, you can always fight without expecting your friend to do for you. But you can always share your feelings and make your friend understand your expectations that friend is most needed at distress to be supportive. Happy Mylotting

It looks like this is a one sided friendship it's best to let go and tell him how you feel. :)))) you can do it!

Hi zalmazan, There are friends that are just like that. They can be your friends in times you can offer them good times not during the bad times. But as one comment from my other post say "That's waht friends are for" :) If he cant be your real friend, it doesnt mean you cannot be a good friend to him also.
