I am planning to buy something in ebay but i still havent tried it. I dont know if I should trust ebay. Can you really trust sellers in ebay? Can you make sure that they will really send you the product and not just run off with the money that you paid them?

Most of the sellers on Ebay are honest, but like everywhere, there may be a few bad apples out there. What you can do to spot serious and honest sellers as well as scammers, is to read the feedback from previous auctions. If most people are very happy with the stuff they bought, the seller is probably honest and the stuff good, but if the seller has bad feedback or no feedback, you should stay away. I hope that helps!

I think they will be fairly honest and post you the items bought. Your question is a real scenario.

I think most are trustworthy. Read the comments of people who buys something from them, that would really help. I bought a book before but I never get it. I completely understand however because it's Christmas. A lot of shipments from the people in the world. I think my book got lost. So the seller sent me back the money I paid.
