i follow it step by step but why the taste is so different?

Maybe it's in your ingredients. Like salt, some table salt we buy are less salty than the others. The same way with vinegar, some are less sour than other brands.

Hello, sometimes dishes taste different because we don't use some of the component right - i mean we put low or more of it. It's like that when i cook meat and vegetables hash. Sometimes the potatoes are too much, sometimes the minced meat is too much, sometimes i put more seasoning. But why do you want the same taste? There is no need something to be done 100% as it was done by someone else, but it can be still tasty
