How about the Apple IPad?

Hi all! what do you think about the IPAD? here in Italy we must wait another month before buy and test.i think it's a very expensive toy,sometimes useful for sure expecially if you're always around;i've an Asus EEEPC 900, it's always with me with music,movies and so on...the ipad seems breakable so easy...any experience? thanks a lot!!
