Traffic Jam for Three consecutive days --- Woooow i started enjoying
Those damn BIG Volvo buses do not allow any vehicles to barge IN .... not even my Bike
Do not ask me about the smoke these vehicles emit...It is no less than fragrance of those Insence Sticks --- you can easily get lost in that awful Carbon monoxide
Oh yeah when it comes to those Horns ---- ahhhh quiet soothing ^_^
Worse would be...when i start Sweating huuuuuh --- What if i come accross a beautiful girl amidst this chaos woooohooooo wouldn't mind getting struck in the traffic every day
So how about your experience with traffic Jam's in your place ???
Would you enjoy being struck ... or you get irritated ? You got any better means to enjoy these jams than to search for girls in the traffic lol

I haven't been stuck in a traffic jam for years and years and years!
There might be jams here in my town in rush hour but I am able to avoid it because my shift allows me to start before everyone else leaves their offices. I end mine at midnight and there are no jams then, just people out enjoying themselves and not in a hurry.
If you find the right girl in a traffic jam that might make it easier on the others from the next day onwards. You could offer her a lift and it would be one less vehicle bunging up the roads

You were caught in a traffic jam for three consecutive days, that's insanely long duddeee You just look around for women in those three days without even thinking of where to get some food to eat. You got some stamina dudeee I would get irritated if I'm caught in a traffic jam for about an hour but for three days it's just insane hahahahaahaahaha

Actually, what Sunny failed to mention in his story here was that he was the one that created the traffic jam that lasted for three days, because he wanted to make sure that all the girls in the area were trapped in one place, so that he didn't have to work too hard to "hit" on all of them. Finally, after three days of torture, one of these girls gave in and sacrificed herself and agreed to a date with him, so that everyone else did not have to keep on suffering day after day.

oh yes, traffic jams, I might see one, hmmm let me see, when was the last time?
Oh yes, I was coming out of the grocery store and had to wait until 3 cars passed one way and 3 or 4 the other! For crying out loud, does EVERY one and his brother-in-law have to be out when I'm trying to escape the rigours of grocery shopping?
Sheesh!
living in a community of about 800 people is tiresome indeed!

I usually get annoyed when I am stuck in a traffic jam, especially when we are on an extended trip, which is generally when I get stuck in most of them. If we are already going to be in the sticking car for two days with all things going smoothly, then I definitely do not want to add to that time by having to deal with the traffic jams. The worst part is that you usually do not know about them until you are stuck in the middle of them, so even if there was a route that you could take to avoid the jam it is too late by the time you know about it. I know that they have traffic cameras and traffic helicopters and such in many places, so I would think that they would be able to keep people updated on the local radio stations, so they could avoid these traffic problems.

Hex - I just wish that I felt the same way about them!
Alice - When we plan a trip, we try to find the best route to where we are going. It is really difficult to know where they usually have traffic jams, though, especially when we are not familiar with the area and the routes. Also, sometimes there are traffic problems at specific times in certain locations but these locations are fine at other times, and these are the ones that are the hardest to avoid if you are not familiar with the traffic patterns in the area. Construction is another big traffic problem, and I still have not figured out how to find out where there is construction along a route if you are not familiar with the area and are trying to plan an extended trip.

I agree that constant traffic jams should be broadcast on the radio and put on websites for people to check out. However, I don't think this is done regularly ... or maybe it is done in some places but not all. I know that when I was going to work on a regular basis, I would be caught in the middle of a traffic jam with no way to get out long before I heard about it on the radio. There were even times when the jam was moving and almost cleared up before they reported it on the radio, and by that time there really was no need to report it.

I am not interested in ogling any girls, but in truth I do not get as upset and agitated about an occasional traffic jam as do some of my friends (mostly the male ones!). But if it happened every day, that would be unfortunate.
Actually, yesterday my friend and I bought $.99 ice cream sodas at Dairy Queen and were driving to another hamburger place to eat them with our meal and got into an awful traffic jam so that our ice cream would have gotten all melted if we had not consumed most of it enroute. Oh, well, if one is stuck in traffic having ice cream to help while away the time is not a bad thing.

I hate traffic jams and it is one of the worst things I experienced. I hate it absolutely. It is a pure waste of time to wait. Also, the buses in India don't have an air conditioner and the people have to deal with sweat. How long can a person listen to music or keep waiting without knowing when the bus will start moving? It is ridiculous.

We got Air conditioned buses ... not sure if they're doing rounds in your place.they do occupy more room which is an issue but are quiet comfortable

I hate it, and that's it. It's an everyday view in my place. That's why I choose to ride motorcycle instead of car. Because i get stressed-out with the traffic.I rather facing a smoke, the heat of the sun, the rains, and all than getting stuck for hours.

I would prefer to use my car(if i had one) to my bike.Atleast i can stay out of the heat, sweat and the poisonous gases which are being emitted from those silencers.

Take it from a girl who use to be stuck in traffic everyday, 1 hour and 50 mins each way, when the route itself was suppose to be only 25 mins. Ughhh, trust me it was no party for me and it is the only thing I do not miss from my last job.

I thought you were describing it, lol. =) It's the same as in your place, the difference is, I am irritated with it, and there's no way I'll be enjoying being stuck in a car due to traffic jam...

I think you are the first person I’ve come across who enjoys traffic jams. It’s the worst road scenario I can imagine…being stuck in this heat and rain (specially rainy season when its pouring outside and all the bus windows are down)… many times I’ve actually felt like passing out.
BTW I always thought the Volvo and new buses were swank and comfortable…at least they are so in my city. Though a bit expensive, they have become quite the rage specially with the office goers who don’t mind paying a little more for the comfort…but yes, they block the roads with their size and add to the traffic snarl.

When you have young children, a traffic jam is the last place you wanna be. Especially on a hot day when you're cramped up in uncle Pablo's tiny car.
