Can I do This When Creating A MyLot Task?

I really need referrals for MyLot to earn more money. I do know a site where I can get referrals but I am so sick of that site. Am I allowed to put a task on MyLot, like pay people to find me a decent and honest referral? I am trying to read the rules about it and can't find anything that would answer this question for me.
