I was just wondering how many of you like to read poetry, and have you read anything by Canadian poets. I have recently read Flashes in the Dark, by Sarah Wunder and My Way Of Saying It, by Margrit de Graff. These are two Canadian poets whose works are written in very different styles.

I love poetry and I tried to write one. I mostly read it from the internet. I like funny and love poetry. What sort of poetry are those you mentioned above?

They are a mixture of poetry by two different Canadian poets, Sarah Wunder and Margrit de Graff.

I read poetry sometimes, but I haven't purchased anything in awhile. I used the public library, but I don't think I've read anything by any Canadian poets, unless you count someone who is unpublished and therefore some of my family members as most of my fathers family and he himself live in Canada. Are those poems in a poetry book, not by the title of the poem or can one find them by that title alone?

I actually found these two books at the library doing an online search for Canadian poets, you may also try searching for Canadian poetry. I am sure if you asked at a library near you they would let you know if they have either of these books, or if you have a library card (I got one for $15.00 which allows me access to library books, online library searches and lots of other stuff) you can do an online search like I did.

I read a lot of poetry, but I don't think I've read any Canadian poets as of late. The most recent one I've read is Anne Sexton.

No, I have never read any Canadian poet. I like the old poets best-y'know yeats, arnold, byron, coleridge etc.
