Is leadership is very important while working as well as doing business??

Hi Mylotees,
Recently i have involved in an organization, who develop our individual leadership qualities. I believe this is very important task which every one should have even for a work or doing business.. Do u believe is that important for you?? Please share your opinion.

It seems true leadership is priceless and much needed every where.
They say a manager may not kind all the time; a manager just has to be right most of the time.
They say a leader may not be right all the time; a leader just has to be kind most of the time.
What do you think?

Ya you are correct, i hope you are a better person with a good leadership quality..
I read in a book called "5 Anciant principle of Leadership" by jack Myrick, he specified the principles very clearly and easily understood..
Try the book..
