Some Health researches claim coffee is good for one's health. Some say it's bad. My husband is a coffee addicts. He consumed more than 6 cups a day. Is coffee really bad or good? What do you think? Does drinking coffee makes one feel good or bad?

I am pretty much a coffee addict too, drinking many cups a day. I think drinking too much coffee is not good for the health, especially strong coffee. I feel my blood pressure going up when I drink strong coffee. So, though I have not stopped drinking coffee, I have changed to decaffinated coffee. I feel better now with my blood pressure.

Firstly too much of anything is not good for our health. From what I understand coffee contains anti oxidants which is actually good for our health.
I would imagine that the caffeine would not be so good for the nervous system and the digestive system as well.
Any ways in reality it is so difficult to determine these days what actually is good and or bad for our health as breathing itself can be hazardous.

Consuming one or two cups of coffee a day is fine. But consuming six cups is definitely not good for health.Drinking coffee makes one feel good because it perks the senses.I feel your husband can drink a few cups of green tea to replace coffee without its ill effects.Green tea has antioxidants and is beneficial for health.

In my own experience, coffee is good for the health when you drink one cup a day in the morning because it will make you energize and it also help me to have a regular bowel movement.
