Is there any good sites out there that pay $30 or more without offers?

I just finished a post about data entry work but so far no really good info at least nothing promising yet, I really need to make some extra cash via paypal but to no avail so far. maybe there's no such things as a earning site that pays without a long waite time or offers to complete sigh! I'm a member of a few good sites but most of them take forever to pay or require completion of annoying useless offers. Dose someone know of anything on the net that pays at least $30 to $40 dollars without offers, and no surveys or PTC please? there must be a good site out there besides this one and a few others, its not like I'm trying to make a million dollars I just need a nice little pick me up that dosent take forever or require tons of referrals. You can pm me with your info but dont get carried away. also feel free to respond without posting links here lets all respect the rules of mylot as much as posible.
