who among you here is from Cebu Philippines

Hello dorothy, I was born in cavite, supposed to be am caviteno but my entire family actually from Pangasinan. so, we are usually from Luzon. normally i just go to the cities, it's very very very rare that i go to beaches. I'd rather call myself a Filipino or Pinoy instead. I've heard Cebu is a different place, probably some places there were able to preserve what was Philippines way back hundreds of years ago.

I was born and raised in Cebu City. I love Cebu and even if I'm miles away, it will always be my home. The house where I grew up was already sold and a lot has changed in my former neighborhood but Cebu will always have a special place in my heart. About beaches, well, I remember my family would go to the beach at least twice a month. I guess I miss that since from where I live now, the beach is so far it's half a day's drive away.

I'm not one of those people u are looking for.. hehe ^_^ But i do know that cebu is a nice place, with alot of nice beaches, ideal location for a great relaxing holiday!! haha =D Cebu girsl has got nice skin color, and that's what makes them appealing to me.. lol =D I will definitely visit cebu if i ever have a chance ^_^

Yes I do kabayan. I am also from Cebu. I agree with you Cebu is one of the best to be reckoned with in terms of tourism... Mabuhay Cebu City!!! Mobhomeir here...

I'm from Cebu. But I was actually born in Quezon City and I grew up in Valenzuela until we moved here when I was still a teenager. So, I speak Tagalog at home, but everywhere else, I speak Cebuano. Anyway, I like it here in Cebu City. The pace of daily life is not so hectic although I must admit that there are a lot more opportunities in Metro Manila. This is understandable because compared to the National Capital Region, Metro Cebu is really small.

Been there. Such a magnificent place. Especially the ports I love the ambiance of the ports specifically the one in Camotes Island. When I first visited the place I noticed how clear the water in port is and you can see the rocks beneath water. I will definitely go back there one of this days.

i stayed in Cebu for 3 years because of work. bisdaks are really nice. Cebu for me is the best place to live in and raise a family. :) about the beaches, been to only 1, in Bantayan Islands. i enjoyed our 3 days stay there and the Virgin Islands was very... surreal. :)

I'm from Cebu City and still currently living here in Cebu City. I've never been to Luzon but I have been to some places in the Visayas. I'm currently unemployed right now but hopefully I'll find a job suitable for my profession. I'd say Cebu has fine beaches, and we also have luscious foods and delicacies to be proud of. We have a very tasty lechon that we need not to put any sarsa or gravy. Dried mangoes orginated in Cebu, as well as the Otap from Barili, Cebu. We also have our very own sweet rice cake from Carcar and a lot more to taste. I hope I didn't make you hungry friends... These are just the things that I might miss when I'm away from home. Honestly, I haven't have my breakfast yet. Lolz

I am not from Cebu but I studied there before. It was in Cebu when I experienced the hottest temperature ever in my life. I went there again last June and it was so nice to be back. I walked along Jones like I used to and ate at Da Vinci's pizza. I am hoping I will go back there on December.

Hello Dorothy, I am from Cebu although I like living here in Cebu I think there are also a lot of other nice places around the country that I have visited. I especially enjoy visiting those historical places and places where you can enjoy raw nature. Even though I have only been to a few islands here in the Philippines I am planning to visit the other places one at a time.

I'm a Bicolana. I from Legazpi, Albay. Anyway, I agree that Cebu is a nice place to live. I lived there for a year from 2007 - 2008, and I loved it. I'd go back if I have the chance.

hi dorothy09, am currently here in cebu and am working.. i loved cebu ever since i was a kid that is why i decided to work here.. am from south cotabato mindanao by the way but cebu city will always be the 2nd home for me.. my home awat from home.. :)
