Exercise: Is it a benefit or a Risks?

I think for those who have or still have no injuries, or have no heart problems, exercise is really a good way to be away from diseases. It helps keep your body healthy, it helps keep your lifestyle appropriate and it balances out your weight too... If you however have heart problems where you are not allowed to have strenous activities, then it could be fatal... exercises can make your blood pressure rise, or even give you bad palpitations. so it is a risk. Doing it level by level would help though. gradual increase of activities would be okay.

I believe exercising is benefit for peoples lives. to my mind people should exercise as much as they can. to my mind people form 18 to 35 should spent least 1 hour per day exercising.

i think exercise will help us to keep our health good always... it is very good thing to follow.... every one should do some exercise to get a good and healthy life... we should have regular exercise to get a good life.. the healthy hear is mostly associated with a healthy body.. so to have a strong mind we need good health so we have to do exercise ... I think morning time is the apt time to do exercise.....

Exercise is beneficial provided that we know our physical limitations. Going beyond these limitations is an abuse to the body and may cause health problems. Proper exercise is the key to better health.
