Can't stop snacking

Lol. Some people just can't stop snacking before or even after a meal. Me on the other hand can't stop snacking when I'm in front of the tv specially late at night, lol.
So, you guys have any ideas of some healthy snacks? All I know are fruits, popcorn and peanuts.

Those sound like good healthy snacks to me! I try to do some fresh veggies with low fat ranch dressing. that way I'm not getting a lot of calories but still get some crunch effect! I'm having sort of the same trouble at night especially. I have found if I eat more protein during the day it's not as bad though...

Why is it so hard not to snack at night, lol, most specially if your watching your favorite show.

I think you can eat megranate,it costs you much time to eat it and almost you have eaten nothing. Actually,I think snacking after meals is easy to get fatter.I have kept my habit that I never eat sancks at night after supper.

Pretzels arent' all that bad either I don't think, and of course you can make a smoothie out of the front, maybe eat a salad, or have a chicken salad sandwich? Those are more meals, but can still be considered snacks if you only eat a little of it!
I like to snack too, usually at night.

I'm so glad that I don't have a huge problem with snacking. If I did I honestly don't know what I would do. That said, you are definitely on the right track with the healthy snacks that you are eating. In addition to these, you can also munch on almonds, which are very good for you. Even to eat some guacamole and baked tortilla chips wouldn't be a terrible option either. Just try to stay away from those chips that are fried because there really is no value to those.

haha... Yeah that's the problem if we snack a lot we gain weight. That's why we have to choose healthy snacks, lol.

I have days like that where I am just snacking for no reason. It doesn't always happen thank goodness but I have those days where I start asking my self, "What is wrong with you, why are you eating so much?" I think I do it out of boredom, not because I don't have anything to do but because my work is boring me. When I am being good and not out of control and I need a small snack I will usually go for a slice of cheese and a handful of grapes. Grapes and cheese taste so good together and the cheese gives me a little protein and some calcium. Another great thing to snack on is pickles, they have very little calories, no fat, they have fiber and they have a lot of flavor which is fullfilling.
