When is the time to get Married?

Hello! The time to get married... I guess when both parties are stable mentally, emotionally, spiritually and let's include financially. Of course, both in legal age and with the blessings of their parents. I believe when it's time its time.... everything will fall into place. Let God show us the right time. :)
