No discussion to respond to, no discussion to start. what do you do??

With so many tabs (started, recent, friends, no responses, top, hot) and so many profiles to look through to see hwta discussions I missed, I am never lost for somewhere to post. My problem is the opposite - I don't have enough time to be everywhere that I would like to be

I hate when it happens but, there is nothing we can actually do about it, there are some really chatty days here on mylot but also days that are dry like the desert. When such thing happens I usually go into the search engine here and search for discussions on a subject that I would like to write about. I don't mind if the discussions I find are old, they are good enough for me. Also it is rewarding to use the search engine and I somtimes might grab a great reward of extra cents.

If there's no discussion to start and respond to, then why don't you choose to do something else? My life is not all about mylot, and I believe you life is the same. I know mylot has become an important part in many people's life, but we have something else to do beyond mylot. When I feel don't like starting any discussions and there's no interesting discussion to respond either, I don't linger in here anymore. I'll either reading books or studying.

I agree with a lot of the things that several of the other responders have said. I also left a tip in other response box of how you might find discussions regarding specific topics that might interest you. When I do not readily see something that interests me, I either go to one of my friend's profiles and see what they have been doing or check out discussions from some of my friends that I haven't seen around for a while. Sometimes, discussions get buried in the "friends started" tab, and I miss out on some really fun and interesting discussions, so I go try to find those and comment in many response boxes (and my own, of course) and sometimes that will bring the discussion back to life. If it doesn't, then I usually at least get a few responses and have some good interactions while making a little money at the same time.

It haven't happened to me yet, but I think if it ever happen, I will use my time to do some tasks. Have you try some tasks? There are some easy one and you can earn a little from them. You may use your time to review your old discussions, to mark the best response (I can hardly find time for this!). If there are no discussions to respond to, no ideas of new discussion to start, no pictures to upload and no tasks to do... then I say good bye to myLot for that day and I'll come back later.

Well I usually keep searching. If I still can't find someone it's probably because it's like 4 in the morning and I should be sleeping. I really can't think of anything valid to say when I'm up that late at night. So in that case I would go to bed. Other than that, I would probably just call it a day for mylot, then go out and have some fun.

Why don't you read the news. There are often topics that you'll have opinions on or just interesting or funny stories you might want to share with other Mylotters.

I have that problem a lot, too! I hate that! So I just go to the new discussions and look down the list and think a few minutes. If I have anything useful that I can add to any of the topics, I will definitely comment. Sometimes reading what other people are talking about, and thinking about a response to make, gets my brain going and I come up with ideas to make a post. In general though, I should make more posts than I do, but I have a hard time coming up with ideas.

Oh yeah, that does happen. I search for discussions and if i find none, i just enter into someone's profile and look through their older discussions which i can respond to. It does the job sometimes, but sometimes it is not easy to find discussions too. You could probably respond to discussions with no responses?

There was a time when I also experienced that. I just keep on reading discussions here. No comment posted no discussion started until I felt sleepy.

This doesn't happen to very often at mylot. i canusually find some discussions of interest that i want to respond to. When i feel i am having trouble finding a discussion, i just keep sesrching. Sooner or later, a discussion of my interest will come along.

the same thing is happening with me almost all the time ... don't why.. but if we want to get something from here then we have to do something here...... so keep mylotting........

Even if there are no discussion to respond to and no new discussion to start, that doesn't mean that you can do nothing. If you are in need of gaining a good income, then you can make more money by doing those tasks on myLot; Or, you can also earn rewards by using myLot search engine naturally. Of course, myLot is not enough for you to make a living and you can also find some other methods to make more profits. For example, several days, according to the introductions from other friends here, I got familiar with Kooday, and then made money by buying keywords there.

hi keeshia maybe you are too picky or you scan without bothering to really read the discussions as I found a lot of discussions to respond to today. I browse to find some and also work on most of my friends discusssions too. I neve run out of things to respond to,. Learn to be more open minded and do no just glance at a title and say oh thats boring.I find the younger people here are the ones so easily bored. but'keep looking at different tabs and you will find some interesting stuff here.

i sing out of the mylot and start reading a story book or search entire mylot to find a discussion. if i have not interested in doing none of them, then i go out and have a look at my uncles house.....

Love that, I share that same feeling today. I've got no interesting topics to start with, so i just made some changes with my profile. but i end up feeling distressed, don't understand why I don't see my HTML sortie in my profile. Keep doing over and over the said instruction but still no good result. I don't why?
