I recently attended a seminar regarding ways to improve our productivity at work. The one thing I learned in that seminar that I cannot forget is that according to studies workers around the world are only productive for an average of 4 hours. This study is conducted on office workers that are working on an 8-hour shift. When I think about it I can agree with this one. I don't think I'm really working for the whole 8 hours. The explanation is that we are not machines or computers that can work all the time.
How about you? Do you agree on this?

I try to be productive, but I didn't do everything I wanted to get done today. I had set a goal to write some reviews today and I didn't finish all of them.

Yes I agree on that.
I can actually finish my eight hour job in four hours straight but that would be exhausting.
Man needs rest during work. We should not muzzle the ox while the treading the grains.

Yes, I agree with you. No human being can work continuosly. Everybody needs some rest and entertainment to get refreshed and again start the work.
