Stop thinking about it, try to relax. warm bath and a sip of vodka will put you where you want to. Welcome to my lot

milk are for kids, you are a grown up now, if you can buy a Diazepam that will put you to sleep but you can only use it to correct your sleeping time, use it by 7-8pm when its your time to sleep. consequently for three night you will be able to correct your sleeping time. You can only Circulan.. it work fine with me, it somehow corrects our biological sleeping habits. Either one of these two will sure work.

Maybe you should try not sleeping in the day so you can sleep better at night.Just do work during the day, make yourself very busy and then you will get tired, then at night maybe you can sleep better. If it still persist you should visit your doctor, he can give you prescribe medications like antihistamines, or sleeping aides to help you sleep better at night.

that is one trick i use most, dont take a nap in the day, whenever you feel sleep during the da, try to do something else, just dont take an afternoon nap.

There are some great prescriptions medications that can help you without making you feel overly drowsy, but trying an all natural approach first is always recommended. I understand where your coming from. Not long ago I had the same problem. I would end up napping during the day because I didn't sleep at night. I finally realized the pattern, and decided I had to keep from napping at all during the day. Once I did that (it was a rough day!), I passed out that night. I kept that pattern up and am able to sleep at night with no problems, except when my hubby can't sleep.
