Question about Neobux banner

I have been a member of Neobux for more than two months now. Due to IP address issues, I am not able to click every after 24 hours. That is not the issue actually. I want to promote my Neobux account for me to have direct referrals. However, I wanted to put Neobux banner on my profile, but I have read this phrase from Neobux, I quote: "You can only have direct referrals after 30 days of being a user and having at least 100 clicks credited".... Again, I have not reached 100 clicks yet due to that IP address issue. My question is that, can I still have a direct referral when the note is very clear? How does this works? Do I need to wait for 100 clicks before I can have referrals? So, what is the use of putting banners or promoting it for others to sign up under me, right?

Maybe your using a public computer. Someone had already log in to neobux before you. Neobux has a one computer one household policy. Try to use different IP address to log in.

Neobux can monitor IP address. I suggest you just use your own computer and have your own internet connection. It will not affect your account.

Hi again my friend....Well, I have my own computer and been using it for years. I seldom go to internet cafe only when I have problems with my net provider. Yes, I have my own internet connection too. What will I do then?
