I think doing exercise is a very effective way to lose weight. At first, you should find out which part of your body accumulating much fat. Then you choose some exercise to the point. Most important thing is perseverance. Bear in mind, don't eat much fat food. When you get hungry you could eat some vegetable and fruit of low calories and sugar.Reduce your meals properly.I think if you work on the both sides, you will be slim quickly.Good luck to you.

I have tried that also but I think it's due to my nature of work. I am always busy and just to compensate to it, I intend to eat much.

Don't try any medicine!!!! It's absolutely terrible!!!! I know losing weight is very cruel, you'll be hungry all the time and want to eat everything you see. But remember, the most important part of losing weight is exercising but not stop eating. Try to keep your regular exercising everyday, and you can still eat delicious food (not too much ). Medicine won't make you thinner, exercising is always the best way. I'll cheer for you, GOGOGO!!!!!

losing weight is a step by step process, change the things that are easier for you to change first, maybe eating healthier foods. if you like pizza, use whole wheat crust and healthier toppings. just change a few things to make your fav foods healthier, then squeeze in workouts, like tony hortons 10 minutes trainer, its a 2min warmup then 10mins of workingout, no breaks. good luck

to lose weight, you need to firm your resolve; you need to convince yourself that you can lose the weight and that you will do it. it requires also consistency.

Maybe you should stop trying that always works for me. I was trying to lose some weight then all of a sudden I stopped. I have lost like 15 lbs now. I really just wanted to lose 10 pounds but lately I've had alot of stress in my life that it just helps in losing weight.

sometimes craving is very understandable because eating is a good way to comfort us especially from too much stress. if you're craving too much though, try scheduling your eating. this will train your body to get hungry only when it's time to eat. also try to eat only healthy foods when you're craving. snack on fruits or vegetables and healthy nuts. avoid too much salty foods or sweets. you can reward yourself with one hershey's kiss - but just one per day).. you can also tell yourself consciously to stop eating. after you've taken two or three bites of the food you're eating, tell yourself out loud that that would be enough, and then you'll stop eating.. hope this helps. good luck!
