What you did with your first earning?

Always our first earning would be a special one. we might have lot of dreams to spend it. And also someone have sentiment on that. what you did with your first salary?
Unfortunately i couldnt spend my first earnings immediately as i got dengue and resigned the job. Later after recovered fully after 6 months i got that money in my hand. That time i got another job and received that salary too. So no much excitement on that.

On my first job, I paid my mom. She bought me clothes because I don't have formal clothes and it is needed at work. I also bought a bag as a reward for staying in that job and staying alive(a lot of employees hate my boss, she's not so nice at all).
On my first earning here, I bought a book at ebay, but never got it. So the seller returned my money. I then spent it at a Facebook game. But not all of it, just a few dollars.

Yeah. I really like that book. It's about money making.lol. Now I am thinking of buying it at amazon. But I fear I won't get it again.

yes i remember my 1st salary i earned when i was 19yrs old in my part time job..!! i was very happy that time..!! i had given that salary ro my mother and she did keep that in front of god...!! after that i used that salary for meaningful things only...!!

Well, for my first earnings, I treated my co workers with ice cream and likewise treated my family with some delicious foods. Usually it has been a custom in our workplace that anyone who is new, would often treat co workers in the office, so that is what I did. I also brought some personal items using my first ever salary.

Good. definitely our co workers will ask treat. But in my case, i've more friends. If i agree to celebrate, my whole money will go. So i avoided to give treat for all my firends. ;)

I agree your first salary is the most special one of the lot!
With the benefit of foresight I would have saved it (superstition based comment)
I spent my first salary on massive amounts of foood!!!! Though thinking back it is sad, I earn so much here but expenses are high too. Though I am a student who lives with my parents so it is fine because I don't pay big time bills :)

Hmm. It happens. Just wait for your time. You can spend for your things soon. As im living alone and my parents are not depend on my salary, im spending as i like. So you've more responsibility. Good.

Dont feel bad Katherine!! I feel proud that if it helped for my brother. Still i want to do something useful for my brother's education. Now expense grown. Need of money also grown. I didnt helped still. Feel proud that u've done.

i think i was 16 when i got my first wage so like a teen i spent it on rubbish and things that i didnt need but jsut wanted which was great because now i have to be wiser with how i spend my money

In 2001, I had my first salary. One thing I could not forget about it was when I bought a bag and a pair of sandals for myself. These stuffs are my weakness next to delicious food.

Do you mean online earnings or just general earnings? If it is just in general, I don't remember anymore, because it was such a long time ago, but I used the first online earnings I made to buy stuff on Ebay!

I don't even remember what I did with my first earnings. I got my first job, well my current job still, about two months before I officially graduated high school since I got done about two months early. I earned a bit from graduation announcements, and my paychecks for a while were saved up...so I didn't go spending crazy. I would say one of my first earnings were my first cars' payment. Other than that I would go to Target every so often, heck I still do, more than I used to. I would say it's a toss up between the two.

Good expense. For car payment. If we spend useful like this, we feel happy like our money spent for our needs. We feel proud of that.

I bought my mother her favorite chocolates. I also bought my younger sisters their favorite snacks, I was in college that time and I'm just working in a fast food chain,so my salary that time was not that big. Even though,it made my family smile and they've appreciated so much the little things that I did for them. :)

I give to God. I read in the bible that our first fruits should be dedicated to God so that He will bless us more. I find nothing wrong in applying that principle. I have noticed that when I do that my business is doing well.
I also do not spend my earnings. I reinvest it.

hi,shinveveramay.It is from my junior that i got my first earning.At at moment i sold phones at phone shop.I rember it is 50rmb that the phone boss paid me. It is my first salary .when i took the cash,i spent it on inviting my classmates to eat steak.we order 2 steaks but we are three people.It may be not enough to eat.But we three are very happy because of it was the first time to eat a steak.we learn how to use the knife and fork that moment.what a memorable moment! i spent my first earning in these way. LOL

hi you really made me cherish my sweet memories by bringing the thought of first earning. i really had a good time when i got my first earning. i gave treat to my friends. gave some amount to the charity and ofcourse remaining money i did give it to my parents
