What if the make a movie about Superman VS. The Hulk?

Way back in the 1990's DC and Marvel create a cross-over comic book with Superman and the Hulk slugging it out. I forgot the details about that comic book and as who won that slug fest. I think webhead was there too along with the other superheroes from the two comic worlds. What if the two comic world giants along with their movie world partners decide to create a cross-over movie featuring two of the strongest characters from both comic world? Not as allies but as rivals? The green giant rampaging leaving chaos and destruction on his trail, and the red and blue trying to stop him. I'm imagining the chaos right now and the special effects. hehehe What do you think?
