it is good that you don't get fat when you eat chocolates. well I guess eating once a month is harmless...I wish I could just eat chocolate at that limit, but I love chocolates that much that once a month will not be enough...=)

No, chocolate alone won't make you fat nor give you diabetes. There are plenty of foods that you could eat if you want to get them though. Kidding. Contrary to the popular belief of people that chocolates make a person fat and develop diabetes, they actually don't. In very very very large doses of course they would since everything in excess is always bad. Anyway, in fact, chocolates has a lot of medicinal properties such as it lowers the risk of cancer and heart attack. Chocolates also stimulates your brain that's why it is said that you have to eat a lot of chocolates before and after reviewing for an exam.
Oh and in case you're wondering where I got these information, I did a research paper last year about chocolates. And those were some of the facts I found about chocolates. You can learn a lot about them in Hershey's website and some health sites.

If you never get fat it only means you have a good metabolism. But eating chocolate once a month will definitely not make you fat. Actually it isn't the chocolate that makes one fat but the sugar and milk added into it. I ate dark chocolate everyday but only a piece just to satisfy my cravings.
