For you,what's the best meat to eat?

when you are rushing through the supermarket trying to decide what meat to cook for dinner.Do you really know what your looking for? I'm sure you know what taste great.Some people say that Kangaroo meat is the best! some are Ortrich! some are white fish! but for me i like chicken breast with wings. How about you?

My family is from China, my mother always cook chinese food. i like almost all kind of meat, white, pork, cow, fish, i learn from my mother that you can cook those with only one home made sauce, that's how she cooks and food taste very good.
I think Chinese food is very simple to cook.
