There was a bus tragedy happened this week in our place, the bus fall down from the mountain due the brake loss of the bus, 42 people have died in the tragedy and 8 have survived, one of the survivor is the bus driver and he still in a critical condition. The bus company and the insurance company have shouldered the expenses for those who are in the hospital and gave a particular amount to those who have passed away. It was really a very tragic one because there was even a whole family that have died in this incident. Please pray for those souls.
But, I pity the bus driver because he was being charged for a case, which is I think very unfair, because who wants to be on this situation, who wants that this tragic incident will happen to them. Do you think this act is fair enough for this person? Please share your views....

I think it's not fair. They just wanna blame the bus driver cuz they have no one left to blame. They wouldn't accept that an accident is an accident.

That's really unfortunate.. OF late, there are so many of such cases happening around the world.. I wonder if it's really the fault of those drivers?? As a driver, they are supposed to ensure the safety of its passengers onboard and so they are not allowed to speed in the first place..
MOst of the accidents happened due to speeding, i guess, and thus it's right that they be held responsible for the accident.. I wont pity the driver if they are indeed speeding, just to earn more money, rather than taking care of the passenger's safety

sharie just one thought, the bus driver has to be sure his bus is safe and driving on mountain roads he must have good brakes. the driver must check out his bus before loading his passengers also the company is at fault as the buses are supposed to be checked often for things like brake problems and engine problems so in a way he is partly to blame and the company who owns the bus is also to blame.

Yes, there was a good point for that, the bus driver just spare for that day on that particular bus, but he is also a driver to other buses in that company but not on that particular bus. On report it was said that the bus was in good condition and it was the first that it happened on that bus company. And when the driver have found out on their way that they have loss brake, he announced to his passengers, and the passengers had panic and began standing and shouting. Other survivors of the bus said that it might not fall to deep if those people didn't panic, but then I think when you are in that incident it's a normal thing. Hoping they would give fair justice also with the bus driver. Usually I know it was a law that they really blame it with the company and the driver, but with the case of the driver, they were giving it an unfair situation, even his relatives cannot visit him in the hospital, he was strictly being monitored and guarded by policemen, well I think he is not yet convicted, so why not give his relatives their chance to see him when in fact he is in critical condition.
Anyway, Thanks for sharing your thoughts dear! Have a happy weekend!
