I would travel a pretty long distance the person i call my significant other lives in Arizona that's 3,000 miles away and unless laws change over there i wont be moving because i cant get services and i need them. Shes equally not coming here shes very attached to her job as a computer organizer and i don't blame her I'm kind of proud of her. If we want to hang out someones gotta be the one that get on a plane and fly's 3,000 miles she tends to take buses because there less harmful to the climate she lives her values and i respect her for it not that i could do it but i don't think i would be attached to anyone that lives more than 3,000 miles that's enough of a distance.

Yes I would travel around the world just to see my lover but of course I would have to save up first because it would probably be too expensive. I have been in a long distance relationship before and I guess the craziest thing I did for love is I sent him love letters that he will open only on certain dates while he was away. It is not exactly crazy but it was my way of assuring him that I love him despite the distance.

Yes I would, as long as I have the resources to do so. I could save up so I could afford the trip. I would also fix my schedule so I would have the time to visit him. If visas are involved, that would be hard. But I'll still try to get one for me. It may take some more time as it's hard to get a visa, but I'll still put in the effort. I know he would do the same. Right now my boyfriend lives in a city that is 6 hours (one way) from me. He makes time to visit me at least every two weeks. I love him for that.

When I was 20 to 21 years old I traveled around the world. I ended up falling in love with a man in Australia. He lived in a suburb of Brisbane and he often went up North Queensland where he had many friends and family members. I met him on a train in the club loco car. I spent quite a lot of time with him in Australia but my working holiday visa was running out. I had carry on my trip and visit Asia before going back to England my home country. He ended up selling his car and giving up the room he lived in the shared house in Brisbane. He flew out to my home country and we got married. We had a baby son together. Sadly we got divorced six years later. He moved back to Australia and I stayed in England. Now he is living in China because he is working there. Years later on a walk I met a man from the other end of my home country to myself. He and I began dating. The train journeys were long and expensive. We could only see each other twice a month. We had a long weekend in the Channel Islands together. We spent all of Christmas and New Year together. That winter it was cold and he didn't feel well. All that traveling got too much and we ended up splitting up. I think having a long distance lover is not so great.

Well, the farthest distance between my lover and me is Tianjin to Shenzhen, which takes 26 hours for a single trip by train. But this has already passed. Now she is in Quzhou and I am in Shenzhen. The trip from Quzhou to Shenzhen is 14 hours by train. We settle for the shortening of distance between us.

Well, it depends... If time permits and money for transportation... why not? If its possible if I have time and no obligations in the coming days, why not visit my lover? And also if I have the money to go to my lover's place...

I used to travel like 2-4 hours to sent my girlfriend back to her hometown, which mean about 8 hours journey go and back just to sent her back and spent some good time chatting in the car during the journey.Personally i hate travelling , should have taken the bus together and save money on petrol.ahaha.But i guess those days love is blinding and stupid.

My fiance and I travel for each other all the time. He lives in Oregon, and I live in Southern Ontario, so it's a pretty big distance. It's definitely difficult, not to mention expensive, however we love each other and this is how it has to be while we're both in school. Luckily there's an end in sight, since we both finish up this spring and we can finally ditch the long distance.

So far I haven't done anything crazy for love, I am thinking if I can really do it if I will be on the situation. Probably I would do anything for the sake of the person that I love. Traveling in the opposite of the world is also bearable. They said nothing is impossible for the person that you love.

I will travel far just to see my lover, of course. Why not? I think that if I don't have enough money, I still work hard to earn in order to travel far just to see my lover :)

Been there and done that! :) My husband (who was my boyfriend then) was working in Dubai and I was in the Philippines. It was really hard to be apart because you don't see each other a lot and you really have to devote some time to either chat or talk over the phone. For me, it was waking up around 3am to be able to talk to him and there are times when I missed his call because I was tired from work. Since it was a struggle we thought it will be better if I go with him... I was hesitant at first because I did not want to leave my career behind but then I had this 'eureka' moment where I said to myself. I have to do it. So 2003, we decided it was the perfect time and I board the plane and he was there at the airport waiting for me with a single rose and said 'Welcome home' :) Writing and re-reading this story makes me smile because I knew it was and still is the right choice :)

The power of love is simply amazing. One would travel far just to see one's lover. No one could deny that. And no one could ever stop that.

If I only have the visa to follow him in the United States, I will. I miss him so much and all I want now is his presence. But I cannot do anything but to wait until he comes to see me. Craziest thing? I can't remember. All I know is that I always do everything just to show him how much I love him.

If I have the resources then yes. If I don't then there's nothing we can do but to first gather some resources and then I'll go to her. I won't do bad things just to be with her. If she really loves me then she'll understand. The craziest I did for love would be neglecting my friends just to be with her. Crazy because friends should never be neglected. They are always there when I need them.
