Ok so I am a stay at home mom. My kids just started school last week so I was excited because it meant that "finally" I would get some "me" time. Well the first two days went by so fast. My husband was home from work those days so we just sat and talked. By the following week I had a list of things I needed to do so I accomplished some. My first day went by so fast but I ran around so much trying to visit people that I needed to do. Second day my husband was back home. I still have to sign up to volunteer at school. Maybe look for a part time job, if it's possible in these economic times. I just walked over to the neighbors house to talk for a bit. Am I bored or what?
Ok mom's out there what do you do now that you have found some new found freedom when your kids went back to school?

I really love the fact that people can always keep busy by volunteering time here and there. I had volunteered so much time I think I got my husband upset about giving my time out for free. I thank God now for those people who commit to helping the community by volunteering.

My child is now attending primary school. My child is school from 7 am to 3 pm. I husband works from 8 am to 9 pm. During my child's school, and my husband worked, I was at home alone. I often spend time with, logged MyLot, after doing all the housework. In this way, the elapsed time will be felt quickly.

I wish I had that freedom. This year two of my three kids will be in school. Last year my middle one was in preschool 4 days a week for a full day but I had to take her and pick her up so that was kind of a pain in the butt. Now this year I get to just take her and her sister out to the bus then go back inside and relax. Well sort of relax. It will be nice to have less fighting but I will still have their 3 year old brother at home. At least with the quiet I might be able to get some more online work done if I can keep him busy. Once he starts school I don't know what I'll do. I'll probably relax a few months before I even consider getting a job. There is a lot of hobbies here I put off because I don't have time for it. Like putting all our pictures into albums and maybe reading some of the tons of books I have on the shelves and putting the puzzles together.

I haven't been much on Mylot lately because I got a job in January. Ever since then I have been a mom, team manager for T-ball, Little League Board Member, full time worker, student at college still, and have 4 kids in baseball games. It seems like such a long time ago I wrote this discussion that I have to smile, life is really busy now....

I go and babysit and clean house for a gal while she rests from her graveyard shift from the night before. You could do some in home daycare and that would help with the income. I also have been going through our stuff and finding what we don't need and selling it on ebay to help bring in some money. You could craft some stuff and sell it on ebay or an etsy shop. That would give you something to do and also bring in some money. I also started going on here again. Another thing I am going to do is start exercise again once I am in my own place again. Just can't do it with my dad watching me lol.

I got so tired of trying to do time online or by selling things here and there. I really wanted to work and God blessed me with a job in January so my income has helped us not be so budgeted. I love being out in the workforce now since January, gives me time to talk to people.
