Happy and healthy

Believe it or not, that whether you feel happy or not has much to do with your health. The best way to keep healthy and fit is to try to make yourself happy as much as possible and as ofter as possible. Do you agree with me?

Yes, I certainly agree with you. In fact, as I get older, I am getting more and more of keeping healthy, physically and mentally. That's where the need for happiness comes. Or, to be free from worries and anxieties. I have been practising yoga meditation for some time now, and it really is very good for physical and mental health.

I agree. The whole body (physical) will not be healthy if the mind, heart or spirit is not. I think it has something to do with the hormones/body chemicals that our body releases when we're happy.
