Referrals?

I'm not asking you guys to be my referrals, as i know how annoying it is when people just post a bunch of sites so you can become their referrals. But I am wondering how you DO get referrals on sites such as SwagBucks or ZoomBucks or PTC sites? What can I do to start earning more money with referrals?!? Any tips or helpful hints? Thanks!

i post a link in my profile where people are redirected to my earning site. you can also add friends so you can PM each other and ask them to be your referrals. there's no harm in doing that.
