Did You Ever Get Real New Friends On Facebook??

All of my friends on facebook are really my friends in real life. I don't like to kave people that i don;t know on my friends list also i don't add people that i don't know for my own safety.

Not really. I only have people on Facebook from my school and such, so I already knew all of them. If I was going to be good friends with any of them it would have happened already.

Yes, I have found many food friends on Facebook. Some I have known in the past and have been able to reconnect with. Other I have met via Facebook or sometimes Other sites first, Like Myspace and Yuwie and even from Pogo.com and even myLot. And now we are friends on Facebook too. I have met people from all over the world and some of us have many things in common, like our love for Collies and other animals/pets. Interest in similar TV shows. I have also met a few through playing games and we converse often. Maybe someday I will get to meet these people in person.

Not new as in people I've never heard about, but I'm friends there with some people I know from the 'net (not here) and knowing them there makes it a bit different. Closer maybe, as it's more the place to discuss our daily lifes than what we usually discuss where we met. I've also reconnected with some friends from school, that's been very nice. Haven't seen or heard from the in years.

Most of my friends in facebook are my real friends. Some are known to me. Some are schoolmates, co-workers, relatives. I do not add those people whom I didn't know, This is for my own protection because I usually post what I am doing, where am I heading and so forth. And this is to avoid grabbing my pictures and doing a spam account.

Hello devalova, The reason why i chose to finally sign up for facebook because i want to reconnect with friends,classmates and relatives. but unfortunately, that was the only purpose of it. i don't really get to have real friends there. every one seemed to be minding their own businesses. there are times that i even get to argue with strangers in facebook. you add them but they don't always agree with you.

not really actually..it's just for past time to meet other people but I have friends there whom I really know..I just don't believe that in these time of computers and technology you could get real new friends..unless you're too lucky..

Well, speaking of Facebook I have got many real friends out there and some are from my city only whom I did even know and now they are my good friends because of Facebook. The biggest friend I got stays in my building and I had never known of him before I started using Facebook and added him as a friend in Facebook.
