How can I raise money for an organization

You could submit your organization to um and see if they will add it to the list of organizations and charities that writers can dhoose to donate article profits too.

Well one very successful fundraiser I have seen was selling lollipops at a highschool. The kids were given permission to eat them in class and it was a huge hit! The lollipops were sold for 50 cents each and because of the mass buy(around 1000) they were pretty cheap to buy from the company.

How about a talent show, or a dating auction?

I believe in selling goods and services although I welcome any bidding or donations for such goods and services that are offered for sale in raising funds. I love the idea of setting up booths for games, food, crafts, flowers and plants or just about anything. You can sell coupons or tickets or collect cash for them.

Hmmm, I know of quite a bit of people who write in there spare time on writing sites, and they donate all of what they earn to their favorite charity, organization, etc. Look at my profile, a couple of those writing sites would be the best ones to join. Depending on how many people you have writing, you could raise quite a bit of money. Maybe even creating an account, and stating that all of what you earn will go to an organization will give you more popularity, and thus more money, as more people would read your stuff? I am just trying to think out of the box.

You can ask newspapers and Internet. I think they are the best ways to reach to the Richer :)
