Symbian Vs Android. Need compare them in terms or hardware requirement.

Hi all mobile geeks! I want to do a project for mobile phone but I want to choose between these two popular mobile operating systems (Symbian and Android).. I want to be clear in terms of which operating system can run with minimal hardware requirement.. You can also make other useful comparisons..

I think symbian need less hardware resources than android, take a look at nokia 6630 smartphone run by 20 MB RAM, 220 mhz procie but there are more old symbian device wich had less resources than 6630 (like 6600, 3650 and 7650).
