What punishment would fit for a mother who kills for her child?

Ia your neighbor was to kill a man who molested her daughter. Would you feel she should be punished? If so what would the best punishment be? I think this should be an interesting post. I feel the woman should get 6 years house arrest. No woman should spend a day in prison for remving such filth from this world. Even though this person is a human being and has rights.........Have a great day!

Perhaps you didn't mean to say it the way it came out but that was just a mean and shameless thing to say anyway a suitable punishment to fit this crime in my opinion would be 40 years to life of solitary confinement or to take away the woman's ability to have children and then put her on an immediate restrictive ban for life disallowing her the opportunity to adopt children nationally or internationally I'm sorry but any mother who kills their own child is a criminal and should be treated like one and for a child to be murdered by a parent is inhumane and cruel and goes against humanity and decency

I think you misread the question a bit. While I agree with what you say about a mother killing HER OWN child, the original question was asking about a woman that killed "FOR" her child. In the case given in the opening post, a mother kills a man that molested their son/daughter. ;)

No one can judge a person and give punishment!! only God knows what the best for them.You will see they deserve their punishment for they will suffer for the rest of tier life in their intriguing conscience.They will not have a happy family and if they wish to have kid they will not be granted.

We are always thinking of the right of the molester, but how about the future of the child that was molested? I am sure there will be justice for the mother who killed the molester of her child. In the eyes of the law it is not right but how can we condemn the mother who only thought of her child. Let us just pray for her and her child who suffered at the hands of the "filth".

One should not place the law in his/her hands. If she kills someone who molested her daughter, I guess she should be given a lighter sentence.
