Every people in different countries have different cultures. Sometimes it is so different to us that its kinda shocking. I really haven't been to other countries aside from my own country. So I haven't experienced the "cultural shock" personally.
So for those who have experienced it what do you think is the biggest "cultural shock" you have experienced? And how do you deal with it?

I have not lived in foreign countries. but I have been to manu countries in different parts of the world. Yes, indeed, the people in different countries are very much different culturally, manners, ways of speaking, respect for one another, and so forth. Living in an environment totally different culturally can be difficult in some places.

I think that is the case. Especially if we have lived in the same country our entire lives, maybe for twenty years, thirty years, whatever. The culture in our country is in our mind and it is really a shock when you go to another country. In fact, in some cases, when you go to another part of the same country, that could be considered a shock as well, because there are a multitude of differences there as well.
I have not really traveled to another country. However, speaking to those who have, it was like an entirely different world. It can be hard, almost someone who cannot swim being thrown into the deep end in a sea infested with sharks. You pretty much have to adapt as you go and there will be some misunderstandings. Of course, we live in a diverse world, so it is bound to happen, that there would be many differences in culture around the world.
