how would you describe yourself to a new employer?

If your looking for a job and this was the question of the day. How would you do at describing yourself? I would be so dumb founded if asked this question. I would have been up all night worrying about what to say if asked this or that. Then the person would ask this that I was not thinking would be asked. I would have my mouth wide open for a few seconds before I had my thoughts straight.......What would you say to this question?....have a blessed day!
