Mylotters can someone help me with my external enclosure problem?

I have a 3.5 external enclosure. I'm sure that the hard drive is still working. The problem is that the power supply of my enclosure doesn't work anymore. I need to open my hard drive. Is it possible to open an enclosure without a power supply? please help me....thanks thanks...

I don't really get your question but you can always open the enclosure and then replace it with working one. I also have that kind of enclosure before and I can easily open it without a problem. So I think you could do the same. But if you are really hesitant I suggest you go to a computer repair shop or someone that knows about computer stuffs and have them open it for you.
