choosing your parents...

..i had a friend how is not happy with his family..well i understand him since his parents have their own affairs and careless about their child...then one day he said, if he is given a chance to choose his parents, he would definitely choose someone else..i was shocked but I can't blame him for that...how about you guys? if given the chances to choose your parents, would you prefer having the parents you have right now or would you like to choose someone else to be your parent and why? personally, even if I am living with my mom who is a single parent..and given another chance to choose my parent...i would still choose her as my parent..definitely! i love my mom as much as I love myself...

I would still choose the same parents I have right now. We are not a picture of a happy and close family. There were lots of problems and arguments between me and my mom or between me and my dad. A lot of times, I'm not happy with their decisions. But still I prefer to have them if given a chance. Yes, they are not the best parents but the fact that they allow me to live is more than enough for me to be grateful to them.

i prefer to have what i have right now. i know we had some fights or disagreement. but at the end of the day. we stick together and we love each other. :)

I can't imagine having a different parents other than mine now. They are simple the best. They never failed to give me anything that I need and never failed to talk to me or explain to me if there are things which I should not supposed to be doing. They are not the war freak type of parents who will yell at you once you commit mistakes. They always understood me, just like most of the parents. I was once a rebel and their treatment to me never changed.

I would definitely choose my mom too, i really can't say anything about my dad because he passed away when i was four so i really dont know..he might have been a good father, but with my mom i can definitely say that she tried her best to provide our family needed. We become the productive, independent individuals. I thank my mom's courage,love and support.
