I skip it most of the time too, I just don't feel like eating very early in the morning. So I think it is okay, but I have heard that it is not very healthy, but I am not sure. I think everyone should do what makes them feel good and be able to work all day!

Yes breakfast is important because you have already slept for 6 to 8 hours and you are losing those glucose levels that are necessary for the brains, your muscles etc. And if you want to lose weight, eat your breakfast.

I never ate breakfast the whole time I was growing up, just never felt like eating after waking up for a good few hours. I have changed a bit as I've got older but still, breakfast to me is the easiest meal to skip. I honestly can't say I notice a change in how it makes me feel if I have some breakfast or don't. Now if you had asked about skipping coffee in the morning that would be entirely different story !

I think breakfast is a huge factor on your day. Whenever I don't eat breakfast I just feel tired and grumpy for the rest of the day and find it hard to concentrate.
