i wanna lose weight..

i weigh around 68kg..grrrrrrrr!!! i wanna wear sexy dresses, swimsuit and more but i actually dont have that confidence..i tried starving myself but i realize that i am not solving my problem..it is so hard to put myself into dieting...maybe i have to discipline myself more..have some tips?

Swimming, cycling and running are some of the exercises you can do to reduce weight, fast. Besides these, each exercise session should be more than 1hr, to burn those calories away. Also, watch your diet. Eat less fatty meat and more vegetables and fruits. When you see McDonalds, resist the urge. :)

I dont understand people? -Dont Eat Garbage... -Exercise, (jog,hike..ect) -eat fruits,veggies,meats,WHOLE Grain's.... If You have a healthy lifestyle...you will be happy healthy and fit,(don't buy garbage foods at the footsore, or you will eat them...and you wont loose your weight.
