How to give advice with an older sister?

I have a sister who's having a problem with her husband regarding infidelity. I've given my opinion about their relationship but nothing seems to sink in. I've listened to her sacrifices as a wife and tried to reason out with her. I know, it is their problem but I am more concern about their kids.

There is nothing you can do in this situation. If she knows he is cheating but refuses to leave, that is completely on her. The only thing you can do is pray that those kids are ok. You've already given her your opinion and she obviously doesn't agree with what you said. She may have become very dependent on her husband, just like many abused women have become, and she finds it hard to leave. The only person that will change her situation is her.
