Pls hep me Out - Sub domain on Domain

Hi friends, I brought the domain(for example, www.site.com)from one company and i have hosted in a free web hosting (for example, www.freewebhosting.com) in company. I pointed the hosted files thru dns setting. I want to create sub domain in my own domain. I don`t know how to create sub domain(www.sub-domain.mysite.com). Can any one help me out to create sub domain.....
