Natural foods are the healthiest of all foods. Free from pollutants and synthetic substances. Also, less consumption of meat. The reason why the old people mentioned in the old testament of the Bible reached age like 900 years old, prior to the Great Flood of Noah's time, they don't eat meat. They were vegetarians.

The best thing to do, is to grow up vegetables and fruits in the garden. We plant tomatoes, salad, eggplants, cucumbers, and pumpkins. It is soo much tastier and sweeter compared to what we buy in the supermarket. For those who don't have time to plant stuff, you can go in a local store taht sells biological fruits and plants. it might be a little more expensive but it's for your health.

Fresh Fruits and Vegetables are really the Top of the list for healthy foods. They are rich in Vitamins and Minerals. Eat a little or meat and more fishes they are a good source of proteins in the diet. Stay away from too much sweets for it is the leading cause of Diabetes type 2. Also Softdrinks like colas are not good for it has a lot of glucose and calories. 1 glass of cola is equivalent to 1 cup of rice. It is also the leading cause of obesity. Eat foods that are high in fibers like whole grain bread, prune juice and others. Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water per day, it can help in cleansing the body against toxins.
