What to do on 1st year anniversary?

Please help. Our first year anniversary with my boyfriend is coming up and since we have been busy this past few months, we are hoping we could spend some time together. We need suggestions on how we can spend it. Thanks.

I guess you can go out for a quiet dinner for two. After that, go to the beach and walk hand in hand as you look at the moon. Recollect the great moments of the passing year. Remember to pledge to each other to love each other ore i the ensuing year.
