Indian batting is seem to be very inconsistent and poor in this series. In the first match India were allout in just 88 runs. In todays match again a poor show from indians, only made 103 runs. Whats the problem with the batsmen, nobody is taking a responsible role to lead the batting line up,also poor umpiring is there. Now India have to face NZ who trashed india in the 1st match. Do you think India will make it to the finals

The teams performance is very poor and there is no consistency in the performance But in the last match the umpiring was the reason

Hello RAMA, The batting of the INDIAN team was not good so far in the series. But I think SHEWAG and YUVRAJ were playing well but due to unfair decision they were out.Shewag would have scored some runs if he was not out.Yuvraj who was coming back to his form after his recovery form DENGUE,would have also scored some runs.Except these two batsmen, other batsmen have not been performing well in the series so far.I think INDIAN team needs some senior players. They have play extremely hard to make it through the finals and also by beating NEWZEALAND.

Yesterday the poor umpiring led india to very low total. Viru should have scored more . And Yuvi was also in good touch. India realy missing senior players

Hello RAMA, The INDIAN team is surely lacking some experienced players.Without them, there won't be any constant players in the team. The young players are beginning to slide down.

I think it is more a problem of temperament. Our batsmen are so used to playing in lifeless tracks at home that they think everytime they go in the middle they are going to get the ball in the middle of the bat. But the fact is that on some pitches you need to spend some time before you can start striking the ball. Until and unless our batsmen learn this, there will be more inconsistency in their batting. Cheers! Ram

Middle order of India seems to be in trouble simply because of lack of good opening partnership .Karthik and Rohit sharma have disappointed yet again.i think enough chances are given to them, they play at opening and no 3 position which is very important and Gambhir and Sachin (Dravid and Ganguly before them) are solid and brilliant players and they used to give India good start always if early wicket falls .If a team makes a good score one of the top three has to bat long.Lack of form by Karthik and Rohit also some disappointing decision by Dharamsena led to this debacle.I think they will come back strongly against NZ .
