hello everyone... in my case this is for my health problem, i have a small goiter i have talk to the doctor base on the biopsy it is cancerous in future 5 years but it did not grow since i notice it. what medicine is good for this? so that it will dissolve? what shall i do? is there a vitamins can help me to dissolve it?i need your opinion and help...
