I can't shutdown my LGX110 the normal way, i don't know how to fix this problem!!!! pls help

Scan it. Virus scan and malware scan. There are free anti virus over the new like AVG. Also download something that can repair your registry and clean your drive, like CCLEANER (free)

it happened after downloading norton anti virus...i tried to use system restore to undo changes but it doesnt help.

i will be better if you can restore your system to previous working state or if same problem persist format your system
