Healthy is a complete necessity in life and if one doesn't have, he will eventually die while money these days, is as important if not more than anything in the world, They say money talks and of course that's true, If you have money, provided that good health care and medicine is available, your healthy is almost guaranteed.
If you have healthy and sanity, you will have a chance to make a lot of money provided that you have the means and resources.
As you can see, both interchangeably depend upon each other but if you had to choose one, which one will you choose and reason?

It is true that money can buy the best health care but you know there are some illnesses that no amount of expensive health care can cure. I lost my dear mother in law a couple of year ago to cancer. She had the best possible care but at the end as she lay in her bed all she had was her children and grandchildren around her and she was still well enough to know that this was the most important gift she could have ever had and no amount of money would have equalled time with the ones she loved the most!

While money is nice and there are endless possiblities, it can only get you so far. It also can't but you happiness. True, you could fix most of your health problems with money, but not it's not a guarantee and some problems you can't cure. In a nutshell, I think health is more important. I think being in good health is one reason to be truly happy. Let's face it...if you are healthy...you feel good and somewhat optismistic. We always hope our family and friends are happy and healthy. I can see how they work hand in hand, but one will get you further in the end I think.

So true, happiness does come to the equation when healthy is defined as the physical, mental and social well being of an individual. Well said, but with or without money you could be happy

of course health is important.... According to Health Organization [WHO], Health is a complete physical, mental and social well-being.... There is not a single precious thing in this world without a good health.... Health is the most important in the life... Money is not important as health is important, Because health only makes money...... That's why it is said that,
"Health is Wealth"....

I choose money. As you point out money can get you the best health care available. If you have money, and that means lots of it, you can buy gym membership so that you can keep your body fit and in shape, you can be free from everyday toils that most of the people are doing hence freeing you also from various stressors of work. You will have time to travel, to eat healthy food, be with your family and friends who shares your healthy lifestyle, and go for a jogging without worrying about being late for work. Also, having money will give you the chance to completely express yourself. You will have the means to buy the tools that you need for your artistic side; therefore, your sanity is secure for there are few frustrations.

Although health is more important, money happens to be the tool to get or remain healthy in this modern world. We know it takes money to buy such things to keep us healthy, like foods that make you healthy and strong.
Plus we need money to tackle bills and other living expenses to keep us stable or at least above water. If we don't have the money, we can end up stressed out and depressed (leads to bad health) from unpaid bills, and die from little to no food to eat, unless we have a way to get free food, like foodstamps.
Other than that, and probably more, health remains to be more valuable and important. Hey I want to live to see a lot of things and do a lot of things, but I also want good health to go along with it.

in order to have money we need to be healthy. and we can be healthy if we dont have money... :) thats the truth...
there are a lot of resources available everywhere to make us healthy. if we have money, we eat a lot of stuff that are not healthy. I dont get it... why do we need money to be healthy??? in fact money makes us unhealthy.
theres also no money involved in exercising.. we just run and were fit....
we can catch fish... we can eat vegetables available in our backyards...
who needs money??? eheheh
happy my;lotting

You are right in one aspect but no the other way round, is it guaranteed you gonna get fish on the sea everyday? Vegetables are seasonal and you wont have them all year long. If you catch common cold, hope excercise will help, it wont help. But if you got money, you can go unhealthy and healthy at the same time on will. You eat junk food and the doctor will take care of you cuz that's why he is there for you.
Understood your argument and you are right on one aspect. Have nice day

Well for me health is my first priority...because if your not healthy you cannot find a good paying job.And if you don't have a job of course you cannot earn money!
Just last week I got sick of common pneumonia. I had high fever, colds, dry cough since Tuesday.. My fever's getting worst and worst over the next few days. So just last Saturday I decided to go to the nearest clinic, use my health card and consult a doctor already. Then I just found out I have common pneumonia..I had to X-ray and checked also my blood to make sure it's not dengue. The doctor gave me The list of all the medicines I have to buy... I bought my medicines and i spent Php2,500 just for my medicine!! I have to leave work for 4 more days to rest.. It's really hard to get sick

hi burehaninho If you are not healthy you will have literally no way of making money so if healthy you can work for wages and live nicely without being a millionaire. money is not everything as a dying man cannot work and earn and live and prosper either.

I think health is more important. If you're healthy, then you always have a chance to get money. But if you're unhealthy, then it's hard to work and make money. One problem though is that in these times, if you don't have any money and are always worrying about getting rent and the bills paid, then your health tends to go down. Many people still have a misunderstanding about homeless people. But we must understand that at one time many of those people had a home. They possibly worried themselves into mental illness before being thrown out into the streets anyway.

I think both is very important. We can have health, yes. For a priority. But it's just not possible to be healthy forever. We still need to buy meds when we get sick and we need money to do that. And yes, both does indirectly depend on each other so if I had to choose, I'd go for health, as you ca still find money if you're not sick.

" Health is wealth" is the old saying. So can we concentrate only health ignoring Wealth? Some say that if we can get health if we have wealth .It is very controvercial? In this connection I recollect a joke. While telling about a friend a persons comented that he lost his health while making wealth and subsequently he lost his wealth in regaining his health. Both are equally important to any individual. He can neither ignore one for the sake of the other nor can he give importance to only one. As one friend remarked recently that they are inseparable and if you want one you should also have the other. There is no question of comparison and the question of which is more important than the other is also irrelevant.Only with this attitude we can make progress in life.

I am leaning in the direction of health. I don't believe that money can guarantee you health. There is always the question on whether the doctors are actually good and going to be right in the diagnosis or will they give you the wrong medication or treatment. That's why I am much more inclined to enjoy my health and be grate-full for the finances I have.

This is a hard question because of what you pointed out -- that they are interchangeable. But, ultimately, I believe that having good health is more important than having money. If you have good health, you can make money because you feel good. Also, if you have good health, you don't need to worry about spending money on healthcare because you have already have good health.

when you're at an age where you feel invulnerable, money is a desire and want, where satisfaction is simply unreachable... but when you're over the hill, health is more important... you are even willing to spend all the money you've stacked during your invulnerable years just to achieve sound health...

Health is wealth has been a cliche but it is the truth. In fact, I am already happy and feel really blessed that I am healthy. Earning money is easy, if you want to earn more you just have to work harder and exert more effort.
Everyday, I always pray that God grant me good health because that is what's most important so I'd be able to do all my functions without any problem.
Money has its uses but it is not the solution for everything.
I pity the people who believes money is more important. I pray that they will be enlightened before it is too late.
