India really missing SACHIN ..............What do you think???

I am actually happy that Sachin is out of the team. It gives India to look for alternatives to him and give responsibility to the youngsters. No one has really stepped up to plate just yet, but we can hope someone will grab his opportunity. I am pretty sure that Sachin would be back for the World Cup in India. Cheers! Ram

Really India is missing Sachin. The batting order is struggling without the master. If he is in the team,he plays or not the will have the confidence . He is the legend,Everyone is missing him very much. If he was there the things might have changed. Hats of to the little master. But in this tight shedule he should be rested. We need him in the world cup. So he should be given rest . There is no no in the world to replace him.

In case of Sachin the best thing is along with loads of talent he has superb cricketing mind too .He knows very well how to build an innings and how to take his team out of danger.I think he has the ability of Sehwag and Dravid together as far as one day format is concerned .He can attack and can hold one end also if needed to guide the team out of danger.This team presently playing in Srilanka dosent have solid player at no1 and no 3 hence team is struggling.If middle order is exposed to new ball then its very likely that a debacle happens ,prime example of which is 88 and 103 by India.If top 3 players can take there team to score of 120 or more runs it becomes quite easy for middle order to play without any tension and take the team to a respectable score.This has happened very often when Gambhir ,Sachin and Sehwag play as top 3.One of these players always goes on to make a big score and other two contribute most of the time , this is the reason that India has made big totals and also chased huge targets successfully.But now in every match 3 or 4 wickets of India falls under 50 runs and then struggle continues.So definitely India are missing Sachin and for India's performance in this tournament its good in a way that this shortcoming is exposed much before world cup .I think now Indian team management should make sure Sachin and Gambhir are fit othweriwse India can be in trouble as the replacements like Karthik ,Rohit shamra and Virat Kohli are not good enough yet to sustain the pressure if pitch is assisting bowlers or if its a important match

Hi VENKIT, The INDIAN batting line up is lacking some experienced players.The absence of SACHIN have greatly affected the team.There is nothing to save SACHIN for future tournaments.He should be given rest after continuous games.But instead,he is having break after each series.This is not good for the team as well as for SACHIN.Rahul DRAVID also should be given a chance in ODI.He also had a very long break form the ODI.If he gets a chance,he might get back to his form.So totally the INDIAN TEAM MISSING EXPERIENCED PLAYERS.

I agree with you, Yes, Sachin is the big difference between the test series and the ODI series. How badly we need him, one can understand by looking at the runs that India team is scoring. Had he been in Indian team, he would surely scored at least one century in this series, whereas, these stupid guys are not able to score 100 runs as a team. He does not only scores runs for himself, he always instructs other player on the other end to make sure that they play carefully and India can win the match. We are really missing Sachin in this series. Let us hope that we get another player like Sachin who can "really" play for the country!!!

it is sure that everyone will miss him....but the fact is sachin is not in a position to play all the matches anymore...bcci allows him whenever he wants to play and whenever he need rest...so it is upto sachin to take decision hereafter,no one can replace sachin but in this case if we have a players like gambhir,zaheer and bhajji in this squad we wont feel like missing sachin ..so i hope that everyone will fit for the worldcup iam sure that india is the stron contender to win this worldcup

Hi venkit...they are missing him. But they cant keep him for ever. some one has to get into his shoes and start taking the responsibility rather than depending on him all the time.

Yup...you can say so Indians missed Sachin...but it is good too as he is aging and somebody has to fill his shoes...no one can really match upto his stature but yes one can atleast try and fill the gap that would arise once he finally hangs up his boot which eventually will happen (i know nobody would want that to happen...).. A good wake up call though...indians need to tighten and get thing right...Sachin or No Sachin every game should be played for winning ...noo excuses..

its true that we should search a alternative to sachin because we cant depend so much on sachin as he cant play so much now aging now but one thing is that in indian team there is no one classic players now all are hanging down in shots just through their bat and without classical shots cricket seems stick game and when sachin plays glorious shots then opposite team have so much pressure . and its so much interesting that in the growing age sachin help in winning i think we will always miss sachin and we cant fill up his side.................sachin ramesh tendulkar
